OffDuty HQ is web-based operations software for security companies that coordinate off-duty law-enforcement Officers. It combines availability, scheduling, open shifts, time records, notifications, post orders, and incident reporting.
Company administrators use OffDuty HQ to organize locations, schedules, permissions, time records, and reports. Approved Officers use it to submit availability, view company calendars, request open shifts, review assignments and post orders, record time, and submit shift-linked incident reports.
No. Each security company remains responsible for independently verifying identity, law-enforcement status, agency authorization, qualifications, and eligibility before approving or assigning an Officer.
No. Company workspaces, detailed calendars, rosters, locations, post orders, and reports are separated by company and protected by server-side permissions. Officers see detailed company information only after that company approves them.
Yes. OffDuty HQ is responsive web software that works in modern desktop and mobile browsers and can be installed as a web app on supported devices.
Precise device location is requested only when an Officer checks in or checks out, when the device and browser permit it. It is not continuous location tracking.
OffDutyOPS is an optional managed scheduling and coordination service for eligible companies already using OffDuty HQ. The proposed model is $50 per active site each month plus $1 for each filled hour. Eligibility, scope, and final billing terms are reviewed before activation.
